By definition, dynamic means “constant change.” At Kissing Tree GC we prefer to view dynamic as “progress.” This process will allow golf rates to be adjusted – both lower and higher – in real-time, based on demand, availability and other changing factors. While this style of pricing may be new to the game of golf, airlines, hotels and now even your favorite sports teams have been utilizing this pricing strategy for years.
With rates changing daily, Dynamic Pricing gives you the ability to choose the RIGHT rate for you, at the RIGHT time for you, on the RIGHT day for you.

The golf course is in great condition and we look forward to hosting you here at Kissing Tree GC!
Please be aware of the following prior to your visit to Kissing Tree:
- No non-playing riders / spectators will be allowed on the golf course at any time.
- We are riding two players per cart. No private carts or scooters are allowed on property unless a Resident of Kissing Tree
- Please check-in at the bag drop no more than 60 minutes prior to your tee time. Any arrivals earlier than that will be denied access to the course / facilities until within that 60 minute time frame.
- As a reminder, per Texas State Law No Outide alcohol will be permitted. Any private coolers / containers are subject to search.
- Carts MUST be returned to the cart-barn by 8pm every day.
